With 4 manufacturing units located in Noida and a design house that is based in London, our services are widespread. We in-house different facilities from design to order management till delivery. Our teams headed by expert managers are able to control this process and ensure the best quality product for the given price within in the timeline.
Our design team create more than 50 samples every month and our sampling facility incorporates 25 sampling machine with grading on Tukatech CAD system. Further, orders are managed with the help of ERP system till Ex- Factory. To manage the qualities we have maintained various units such as Testing Lab, Finishing, Pre & Post Quality Check, Washing, Sampling Embroidery, Adda Work etc.
Designing & Product Development
Our sampling room is dedicated to ensure professional and precise sample making. A dedicated team of seasoned Masters for pattern making, grading on Tukatech CAD system, 40 Juki lock stitch machines, hand embroidery and artwork, embroidery machines, all manned by competent operators toensure creation of a world class sample. We churn out close to 500 samples every month.
Order Management
Our design, PD and order management (this entails everything from Fits, Fabric & Accessory management to Production planning and delivery management) is controlled by an in house ERP system, which controls and guides this flow of orders.
Every department connects to the same system in their capacity and is well versed with their roles and timelines to ensure delivery on time and quality for our esteemed clients. This process is quite seamless and our long-term customers appreciate this.

Fabric and Accessories
Our fabric store spread over an area of more than 30,000 sq. ft., houses thousands of meters of greige, dyed and printed fabric, has several back-littables for checking, verivide light boxes for color matching.
We have an in-house fully equipped laboratory for conducting extensive tests and a 4 point system of checking all in house fabric.
We specialize in most kinds of fabrics ranging from Cottons and Viscose (which are easily available for export houses based in NCR), Polyester (we have an extensive sourcing setup in Gujrat) to Jersey and their blends. We source expansively from India and China.
