Design Team / SAMPLING

We pride on our design team which has experience for a few decades and work very closely with our clients through meetings and signoffs and are in constant touch with the demands of the high street and the catwalks. We invest a lot in buying our own prints from famous design studios out of Europe like Amanda Kelly.

Our sampling room is dedicated to ensure professional and precise sample making. A dedicated team of seasoned Masters for pattern making, grading on Tukatech CAD system, 40 Juki lockstitch machines, hand embroidery and artwork, embroidery machines, all manned by competent operators to ensure creation of a world class sample.

QUALITY ASSURANCE & TECHNICAL

We have an intensive Quality Assurance architecture at every department of our company. This is managed through experts who use industry leading solutions to ensure that only the best in quality travels through each department to reduce the risk and cost on the garment as an end product.

Apart from providing our clients with perfect product this also increases efficiency and hence reduces overall cost of the product. Research and development as well as industrial engineering on every style, is fast becoming common practice to achieve these very important objectives in this day and age. Also for our clients through IKANDI we liaise with their technical team who in turn can work closer to the clients and pass on these requirements to our technical team. It is our constant endeavour to service any such requests as soon as we can.

Production

Boutique is equipped with more than 1,600 single needle lock stitch machines and other computer operated machines, and supporting three-four-five thread over-lock machines. Our team consists of highly skilled, creative, hardworking and dynamic professionals who are in a constant endeavor to cater the clients with exceptional quality products. We have an in-house fully equipped laboratory for conducting extensive tests.

A vigorous garment, accessory & embellishment testing is also preformed to deliver quality products. All these machines are manned by able and trained operators, and are able to churn out more than 20,000 garments per day.

Key Services

BIPL is a garment export company that specializes in a variety of different garment forms and fabric basis. We have a sizeable and highly experienced design team (at IKANDI Fashion and design Ltd.) that works closely with the fashion trends and brands to generate a range of garments that form the basis of the sort of product range we offer. These designs are then sampled by our factories and once placed on order the entire order lifecycle is completely managed by BIPL. We specialize in a variety of fabric like Cottons, Viscose, Polyesters, Jersey and their blends. We work with different brands with different product so as a source we offer a huge amount of variety and that is our strength. We pride ourselves on delivered quality and the fastest in terms of lead times out of India. We have invested on intensive systems to control our business flow and have a quality team architecture that ensures the best product for the given price at every step of the lifecycle. We also deliver through various modes like Ex Factory, Ex Port, CIF and Landed. We even have a processing house as a partner in Europe to help with processed deliveries.

CUTTING

Spread over a total area of 30,000 square feet, the cutting department has ample layering tables (large width) and, apart from light boxes for checking fabric defects.

STORES (Fabrics & Accessories)

Our fabric store spread over an area of more than 30,000 sq. ft., houses thousands of meters of greige, dyed and printed fabric, has several back-lit tables for checking, verivide light boxes for color matching.

FINISHING

Boutique has ample garment finishing facilities, which include washing, dry-cleaning, and stain spotting, folding and packing, all with supporting machinery like BOWE from Germany, and SUPREMA from Italy, apart from other equipment. The able staff members can easily finish more than 30,000 garments in a day. The finishing unit is fully dust proof. It is also well equipped with spotting machines and steam irons. We have a team of people in the floor well versed with the requirements and standards of the buyers.
